They Did an Excellant job! They were here around 6 a.m. every day for around a week or so and averaged 10 hour days while here. Richard has many years experience fighting fires as a fire Captain and so has the knowledge and experience to maximize protection of our property from wildfire events.

Our 14 acres was just completed and looks completely different. Not only is our property safe, it’s now beautiful. Richard and his team did an amazing job. We just hired them for 3 days of mastication work for fire safety clearing. Most of the manzanita is gone in the area surrounding our house and we’re a lot better prepared for when a fire comes through. Rich made sure it wasn’t a wasteland by clearing out ladder fuels and leaving oak, pine, cedar and fir trees. We’ll have them back in the spring to do some hand work the masticator couldn’t get to because of steepness.

Richard has been wonderful to work with from the very first phone call! Asked about a quote on cleaning some property and he was out there within a few days with pictures, quote, etc. and very quick to answer questions. We were scheduled to go about two weeks out following our quote. He had a cancellation and brought his team to begin on our work. Calls made to clarify some things on our property and the cancellation was a blessing for us! My husband and I came to our property following the early 2 day start and are blown away! Our lot has never looked this good and it is not quite yet done! Our neighbor across the street made it a point to come and tell us how hard this crew worked for the 2 days they were here and how happy they (and others in our development) are to see the incredible amount of work done to clean up our property (has been a very long time since this has looked like this)! While we still have a little work to do, we cannot wait to see what this looks like when it is completely finished! Richard has been responsive, accommodating, and has kept us up-to-date on everything being done. Truly a transformation for us and we could not be happier!
